life is very diffrent!

well as a mummy to be! it is so diffrent how my life is, i still dont belive it myself!!!! a beautiful baby growing inside me!
i cant eat certain things, i can not train how i know! no heavy weights no long runs i must never be out of breath totally, all i can do is swim! and lucky i enjoy it! i have started to swim with dad but i can not use the sauna or steam room!!! very frustrating sometimes but i know it is worth it :)
i really miss training, just getting fatter ever day haha!
but work is normal i will finish work in April for my 1 year maternity leave! i will also visit Germany for the expo arm wars very heavy pregnant surrounded by fitness models should be really feeling sexy! haha
but im happy have bought some small things for the baby and on 30th December i will do a 3D scan to find out the sex of my baby before the hospital appointment hehe very expensive but i don't care it will be amazing!! i will show you all the incredible pictures when i have them!
but have a very merry Christmas! and a happy new year if i don't speak to you sooner!

well, i cant say much just yet, just that i will be leaving the armwrestling training and competitions for a while due to some reasons i will talk about when the time is right :) but it is not a bad thing at all!!!
and i will be right back it good condition (maybe) in no time! my next competition in fact will be in Belgium Rochefort challenge in July very excited i don't miss it! i will hopefully visit the ARMWARS in Germany too in April so that should be so cool!
but i promise to tell you all more in a few weeks when im ready :)

the armwars competition in Madrid was incredible! jesus it does go sooo fast though!
we had no time to look at Madrid's attractions just the whole time inside the expo and looking round buying LOADS of supplements and getting loads free haha!
i got soo many new yummy products i cant wait to use!
but the comp itself was good! i won my match against Caroline Thommen 5-1 which is good it was funny the one she took was so annoying for me, i mean i am not angry to loose but i had the strap match and the strap covering half way up my thumb! could not even bend it at all, no bend, no grip, no prower, lost! annoying!! but I'm really fine! i hooked i top rolled i done it all was awesome and very comfortable :)
we made a very good show!!
i did not pull left as it would hurt me tooo much and i have no wishes to be in pain for 4 weeks after it so i chose to be strong and resist pulling left!
cool things is that we got to meet Ronnie Coleman! lovely Mrs Todd got me to the front of the line and got a picture with him :D awesome, we watched cheer leading, bodybuilding, strongman, fitness lots was really great! and of course the armwretling we got to have the main stage 2 times during the weekend too! :) was great! and Arnold Schwarzenegger came onto our stage and was cheering on the guys who were pulling and had a small interview too, he looks rough as hell! but of course a legend.
so enough writing I'm sure u will find all the results on WOA soon :) i will leave u with a few pics!

well!
having lots of fun in life haha and lots of bad things but nothing to serious
at the end of the month i will be moving back to my mums house :( not sad to be there but sad to leave mine and Kevin's lovely little home after a year of being here, he will be going home to Germany to start his business and i need to finish my qualification before i leave to go to Germany, we still have a lot to sort out as it is a really big move.
but we have been doing lots of armwrestling and training not much at all in the gym got so lazy for it but weird is that i feel stronger haha! this Friday i will be flying to Madrid! I'm so excited really cant wait to go there armwrestling Caroline thommen of Switzerland in a supermatch for the Arnold classic Europe event!
England right now is sooooooo HOT! it is October and we was at the beach yesterday!! crazy
me and Kevin also celebrated our 2 year anniversary how fast time really goes is crazy still cant believe it! :)

Milton Keynes Armwrestling!

we went to support our neighbouring teams Milton Keynes about 1 hour drive away! they hosted a novice comp which is awesome it gives everyone that has never pulled again to have a go against someone the same level of knowledge in armwresting as them and time to mingle with some pro's! i had lots of fun in the south of England is there much less armwrestlers than up north but we are slowly building plus as little as we are, we are defiantly much better than the northerners hahaha joke guys!...not really

sooooo! haha the comp went good lots of new guys interested in joining our sport and thats the beauty of novice comps fresh blood! i mean we all started and someone like that right? john brzenk did and look at him now! you never know who you will meet that's why it is important to do things like this! so i obviously could not enter the competition as it was novice and no woman there either! so I ENTERED THE MENS CLASS! and not the weight class i entered the champion of the champions class ( top 2 athletes from each weight class can enter only) and i got 3rd out of about 8/9 men from 65kg to 100+ i think! haha was really cool! not so cool for the guys i beat (all northern) hahahahaha :)
i really had fun!

i know i haven't updates a lot at all, but we are so busy i just don't have the time! with working early in the morning training and going out busy busy busy!
but i have been focusing on Madrid the Arnold classic Europa! I'm really excited about this i have a match with Caroline Thommen of Switzerland! should be a nice match i feel pretty confident going into this as i beat her right handed very easy in Switzerland, however lef hand she will totally kill me haha as would any good armwrestler! i still have a really deep injury in my left arm since Sandra rodland of Norway in 2009! so i will not pull left i know the result and there is really no point in making my injury worse for something i wont have a chance in! :) but a right handed super match i think will go 6-0 to me! well i hope so anyway i don't want to under estimate her as she trains hard and it was April this year i pulled her in a competition, we met in Manchester when i had my last super match and even then i felt very confident with her so i don't worry! i just wanna go on the beach and get a good tan if i am honest! hahaha :) it will be a awesome event i will see some friends i haven't seen in agggges like my good old Norwegian boys that i met in in 2008 Europeans!!! long time ago so i will be so nice! we fly to Madrid on the 7th October and back on the 10th so a nice weekend break will be very well deserved! and awesome!
so i will try to remember to update some more :)

I'm sorry i haven't wrote anything recently, but thing is i have not much to write! I'm a bit lazy haha I'm not training much but some and i still feel strong as hell! but it will become more intense soon i promise i have my supermatch with Laura Branding from Germany coming up soon, funny we never met in a competition except from when i was a child, so im really excited to see how it goes and the best of all is that it will all take place in MADRID!!! amazing for the Arnold classics europa!!! gunna be sooo sick!! :)
i have began learning German now with Rosetta stone so when ever I'm on the new sexy pink laptop thats mainly what i am doing, and i don't wanna write about any old crap as it is way to boring to write let alone read! haha, so a small boring update, me and Kevin are awesome we have some near future plans to move to GERMANY! YES - ME moving to Germany for a awesome experience and fun i hope can never imagine leaving England but I'm only 1 hour flight away right! so we are thinking of going in November time wooooow!
we have Madrid comp and maybe Over the top in Germany if we go in September and we planning to do a holiday again before we move to Germany, like a fresh start :)
so that's about it really! :)

Rochefort, Belgium 2011

The weekend was fabulous as always! we arrived in the early evening time on Thursday around 6pm DIDN'T miss the ferry this time! :) first was to the weight in! i entered 70kg left hand and right hand 70kg and 70+! exciting, i actually didn't want to pull left as it is hurting as always since 2009! but i did, the way i see it is i rested it long enough and it ain't getting no better so i pull with it less than normal and hit the weight training harder to build muscle around the joints to help support them.
buuut anyway, we weighted in then went to the all famous Buffalo lunch restaurant, its the only place when we are at this comp for every armwrestling teams there, we had a nice meal met with my crazy Pierre haha saw the Swiss and dutch team aahhh the dutch one of my favourites!, then all of the guys come in!
Friday was competition day for left hands! not one for me to panic about i never expect to do well with left but i actually surprised myself! i beat lots of women and there was loads in the classes more than double in my class than at worlds senior level!!! it was incredible! and the level was so high! Kazakhstan,Swiss, Germany all great countries for women armwrestlers. so with left overall i took 3rd!
next day was right and i was entered into 2 classes the open class had 16 women in!!!!! that is incredible i was shocked!!! i had a AWESOME competition in this weight class i beat so many and had long hard fights, i even TOP ROLLED!!!!! i won too! i top rolled and won a match, i still don't believe it myself! just incredible
i really had the best comp of my life, fighting and thinking, using techniques and powerful!!! i really learned a lot and no i did not win the comp either class, but i don't give a shit, i gained so much here! and I'm so so happy with my performance, you will have a video coming soon!!!
then we had after party! was not as good as always had some nice meals, and lots of drinks and talked a lot to all the other armwrestlers and just enjoyed life and our sport!
thanks to everyone who supported me and wished me luck! i really done my best and you should be proud, it was great!

Tomorrow morning me and my boys (Kevin and Dad) will set of to dover, to catch a ferry to dunkirk (france) and then head into Belgium for my favourite competition of the year!!! ROCHEFORTE CHALLENGE!!! i love it soooo much and in juniors i never did loose held it for 4 years!!! but now im fucking shitty senior hahaha :) but im so dead excited to be there again it is the place that i first met and kissed my wonderful beautiful man! if i didnt go ther ei would never have the lif ei have now so i am very thankful for that town!!! i cant wait to eat spaghetti bologneise too, it is the best there, Italy you got nothing on this place!!! :)
we will leave tomorrow at about 9am and the ferry is at 12pm so good times i think
my arms are still not recovery my right is ok actually i will pull all weight classes with it, but my left is still VERY painful so i just pull my weight (1 class) with it and i know i will not do good at all left!!! but right could be different lets just hope i don't get all the pain back when i warm up!

wow...... is one word
i am not in a great mood to write but its only fair to let you know if you don't already!
i won against Emma Clark 6-0 it was incredible, i was so thinking that i was going to loose, but i really impressed myself, I'm always so slow and i was worried about it, this time i was sooo fucking fast and explosive, straight into the hook where I wanted to be smashing to my pad, aaah man i felt incredible.
i love Emma so much she is awesome and I'm glad i got that match for my confidence and to begin training again!
we all had a awesome time
the big larrett v Todd match was sick! Devon won 4-2 just as i predicted! strange but i love them guys there really great, we stayed awake until 5:30am!!! last night drinking and talking
was a lovely weekend in the amazing trafford centre and i can be proud about myself that i didn't spend all our money shopping hehe i was good! all the matches were way to interesting anyway!!!
and the best part is in 3 days i leave to go to Belgium for my favourite competition ever! so im really excited just hope my aching muscles are going soon

so tonight i am leaving for ARMWARS!! in Manchester it is about a 3/4 Hour drive for us soooo not to bad like the USA guys but still fucking boring! haha but it will be so worth it!!
i have never had such a feeling before i compete i REALLY want it and i love the feeling, i have a hell of a lot of nerves in fact suffering with stomach aches because i have so much but that is quite normal for me i like if i didn't have this feeling i would be worried!!
as you know i will face Emma Clark USA/SWEDEN - it will probably be one of my toughest matches ever, and I'm excited to see where i am at the moment, everybody said how much stronger i have become but you can never tell your self really well i cant! i have such a energy and pump i walk around my house pretending to armwrestling HAHAHAHAHA yes the secret i am a bit of a freak, I'm sure all the other people do it too hahahaha :)
but i have cleaned the house cooked mine and Kevin's lunch, showered, packed my luggage (kinda) 4 bags are enough for one weekend i think hahaha :)
i am dead EXCITED! to see everyone and have fun and PULL!!!

so last night we got back from germany, me, kevin my brother and his girlfriend, it was a fantastic time a lovely weekend for us all actually apart from a small language barrier we all had fun ;) hehe
we went out with his family, down to his camping spot to meet all of his friends and we went to a beer famous german beer fest it was small one to them but to us english people it was huge! all my pics are up on facebook but of course i will share a couple with you here
we travel there form dover to dunqurke in france, man the ferry trip was incredbile on the way back hot sunshine along the sea just perfect! i prefer it more than flying by a hundred miles!!
we also went to a big shopping village in germany and i got some lovvvvely denim shorts and skirts i LOVE denim shorts (hot pants) my favourite! and some other little bitsd, but it is always nice to be outside your own boring country for a little while isnt it?

Sniff Sniff

im so ill at the moment!!! squashed head cant breath from my noes my throat is sooo painful and coughing bad! typical flu! or maybe hay fever! (allergic to pollen) but i think its just flu :( it began on Friday morning and will NOT fuck off
it has stopped me training, sleeping and eating so everything is a bit shit at the moment but i know it will go soon so im not to panicking!
we had some beautiful weather in London this weekend but today did the rain arrive again haha,
Kevin's sister came to visit us for the first time from Germany this weekend we was sooo busy, we took her of course to London where we saw all the most famous sights and then to madam Tussuad's :) then spent the next day in Windsor where the queen is from and into my work town of maidenhead for a park drink with my family and then back to my mums for a BBQ! was a really lovely weekend if i wasn't ill! but i cant complain when it is so good like that
i also had a promotion at work!!! which i am so happy about
i work with children right and at my place is there 5 rooms for children all with different ages so as the children get older they move to the next room ECT and i am in the Pre - school room! with ages 2 - 3 and a half years and i was just a normal worker my boss was the leader of the room, and now THAT'S ME! :) o i am the boss of the pre-school room and I'm so happy for it! so i guess there has a good point to the beginning of this week
so now i have a very busy month ahead and I'm promising to give some more post here! i have the big fight to watch this weekend English man David Haye v Wladimir Klitschko of Ukraine they will meet in Hamburg! and i cant wait to watch it, will probably babysit as i watch it but as long as i watch it! then me, Kevin, my brother and his girlfriend will go to Germany to celebrate Kevin's 22nd birthday! should be fun!, then i will meet Emma Clarke of the USA in Manchester for a super match! for the armwars super series and lastly to my beloved Belgium for the best Rocheforte challenge!!! my favourite competition EVER!

everyone had told me this evening that i feel stronger than ever i feel good too but you can never tell your own strength! focusing on the top roll
i have a supermatch for armwars in July!! with lovely Emma Clark who was formally from Sweden (that tells you she is strong already!!!) haha but now lives with her husband in the USA so she now fights for USA! :) lots of training for me to do!

yes! i was in a lot of pain with my arms from yesterdays training so i decided i will go to the gym but not in the gym! noooo
i went swimming!
i fucking love swimming so much i was on the pool up and down the lane for 1 fucking hour, that is a hell of a lot of hard work believe me! it is not easy to swim so much its nice if your playing around but i was just swimming, back stroke, front stroke and front crawl! ahahhh so relaxing but hard and demanding at the same time so i still training for fitness and toning but left the weights alone for a while!
i had a shit day at work very stressful and it was a lovely rest from that
feeling very refreshed now! :)

today gym was awesome!
i finished work at 5 as im on the early shift normally i get the train home and would get to the gym for about 5:45 but my friend from work who lives in the same direction gave me a lift so i was in the gym for 5:25 and started training at half 5 i saw dad in the gym and me and him have not trained (gym) together in over a year maybe more! so today we did i done a little cardio not much then a hour and a half!!!! just on forearms and wrist can you believe that we trained bladdy hard together, i got some compliments from him too! haha wow!
it was really nice we went into the steam rooms and wanted to go swimming but stupid water aerobics team was there and they take the whole pool! :@
but im home now eating some strawberries and pringles! damn you Kevin he always goes shopping for nice things when im getting in shape haha aahh fuck it it wont kill me :)

Resting - Not by choice!

Today we had a work meeting after work so i woke up at 6:30 am finished normal work at 6:15pm and then had a staff meeting after that finished at around 8pm!!! so i choose to not go to the gym because i will only be frustrated at myself because i cant get energy because I'm to tired and it is to late if i wen to the gym i know i would arrive there at like 8:45pmish and i like to do at least 2 hours training so i just would have died by that time! so I'm at home tired watching Britain's got talent and chillin!
i am excited for this weekend so much!
tomorrow my boss was lovely enough to let me do a early shift on Friday as it is my week to do all lates i was lucky so i will go to gym!
Saturday i will go to England's biggest theme park with Kevin my friend from work and her partner and Kevin's work mate and couple so it will be a lovely day for us all! and then Sunday does my beautiful god son get christened!!!! so i will officially be his god mother how lovely so it will be a lovely day in the church and party!
so time to relax!

Not a bad Ending!

Last night and this morning was not so great start for me, i had slept about 2 and a half hours not good! me and Kevin stayed up talking teaching me German haha and time flew quickly and every hour i was looking on the clock worrying about waking up on time for work! but strange!!!!! when i have little sleep i seem to wake up fine! i woke up for 6:30am got ready for work (had 3 red bulls - sugar free of course) finished work at 6:15pm then went straight to the gym! crazy, i done just cardio as my arms are killing me from all the armwrestling i have done this week it was a nice rest though! i want to focus on cardio and fitness before i bring back my routine as i haven't been in the gym in so long and i wan to get back into it slowly!!!
so today i done 30mins on the treadmill, normally i find it a good exercises but today i struggled bad due to bad fitness from being away so long but i managed 30mins then on the bicycle for 30mins on a med speed it really kills my legs doing bike for just 10 mins but i was watching eastenders as i done it so it made it easier hahahah ( this is the most popular tv show in England!!) then lastly i done a cross trainer which is a hard cardio work out for me i done 30 mins there too i was sweating hard core! but felt happy to reach goals that i did not expect to reach on my first (ish) day back training! then had the best shower damnn my gym has incredible power showers was perfect!
so now i NEED to go to bed and catch up on some sleep i missed out on last night

Todays Training!

Training was pretty good today, we done it at our home, me, Kevin, Dad, Sylvan, Reggie and Robert brown and his friend, Robert brown was a very BIG haha and very successful man in armwrestling in great Britain he was pulling the same sort of times as my dad was in his best shape i think Robert brown had 9 British titles and 2 times 2nd in the world in 110kg now everyone knows what a crazy weight class that is in armwrestling but he was really great he is 7 foot 8 inches tall!!! i feel like a 5 year old child stood next to him, so he took a long 7 year break from armwrestling and now is starting to come back into it and is still really really strong! so we had a great session today!

my arms have been given me some real bad feelings this week as from last Sunday was today our 4th armwrestling training session, now that is way too much but it just kinda happened we had messages from guys asking if we wanted to go and train and you know we never say no meeting with our favourite guys! so i do not normally do so much its really not so healthy for the body!

Today we went to Dean Scarsbrook's home for a training day with all the armwrestlers in the South of England! it is a really great thing for us to do everyone enjoys it and we all meet us share stories and learn from each other! it builds a better relationship for us southerners too and brings armwrestling bigger in the south as it is very much more bigger in the north of England or should i say just more dedicated people!

but we have started these training days now dean does them in Leicester and i have held some down in slough and more to come in Milton Keynes and hopefully more and more around!

but i am aching like hell we trained good i won i lost and gained! which is of course the most important thing and i also teach its always nice when grown men want to have advice form a girl and can really understand how it makes sense.....very nice!

well at my work as i work with children we have every 3 years a big big big big inspection from big guys how can totally shut us if they think we are not good enough to have children in our work! so we was very nervous and waiting for this day as they can come when ever they want and we have no idea! well last month was that time! it was very scary and horrible but a strong team that we are we pulled through and made it and we got an excellent result!!!!! we was very very happy and so was our managers and directors ect so our big big boss paid for us all to go out for dinner and last night was the night
it was lovely to be with all your work girls and just have a drink and enjoy yourself and not have to worry about the children or being professional! so we had a big Italian meal was incredibly delicious and then we went to a nice bar for some drinks!

Training Last Night

Last nights training was pretty good, not amazing but it will take a while for me to have amazing sessions again but never the less i felt pretty good!
we went 20 mins down the motorway to Gennady Matovsky a armwrestler from Ukraine we done some warm up and hook, but of course i focus hard on my top roll as it is something i really struggle with!! and i get frustrated when i cant do it properly! so thats pretty much what i done last night, i was still feeling pain in my elbows from Sunday training but thats normal as im not in a great routine yet! but it will all be fine! :)

so today will be the first day back iv been so lazy but im actually really strong haha!! so i will do cardio chest lightly triceps and some forearm and swimming!! im really looking forward to it i need it sooo bad!!!!
and i will be eating healthy i have now cereal special K oats and honey flavor yummmmy and 3% fat so thats on then lunch at work because we work with children we always have a nice healthy meal cooked so i will either have that or if i don't fancy it i will have a protein shake and another after the gym, thats enough food for me until i cut some unwanted weight then i will start eating more

so me and Kevin had a absolutely fantastic holiday in Egypt sharm el sheikh it was sooooo wonderful to be together and enjoy hot sunshine and swimming pools!!!!
we went to aqua park night club pacha! sand buggy riding boat trip on the amazing red sea and beach and swimming it was sooo lovely i can not describe i have loads of pictures but will show you a few those on facebook can see all of them anyway hehe!
so depressing being back home!

Arrrgg! the last 2 days have been destroying to my body!!! i have never been so ill in my life! JESUS! i lost 7lbs in the last 2 days haha i haven't been able to eat! just being sick and... other lovely things! thank god i had my lovely man to look after me! he has been a angel lucky it wasn't 1 day before when he wasn't here!
buuut i have been able to eat today a bit i made some pasta at lunch time and still have a half plate left to finish haha i just pick a little at it every 30mins, i don't want to blow my stomach up to much while it is so dodgy!
buut back to work tomorrow! just going to relax and try to be 100% again! maybe even train tomorrow!!

My time in Switzerland has been amazing words don't describe i know i always say it was the best competition but really it was!!!!!! the most beautiful country i ever see in my life!!!! beautiful mountains and people and chocolate!!! haha. i am so serious i want to live in Switzerland!!!! ooooh my god to wake up and see that scenery every day would be more than a dream!!!!

the competition itself was incredible i do not think i have ever won a left hand competition but i did here!!! can you believe it left hand champion! i was very lucky i nearly lost to Swiss girl Caroline thommen but she fouled out and lost in her semi final giving me another girl who i found it easier to get into my hook! and i won screaming to the pad!
the right arm was " a walk in the park" no competition in the world, even after no pain nothing i was pulling all night long and didn't loose to any girl there i even found it easy to pull Cathrine zmoos to the winner pad where i struggled before i feel incredible some guys there told me i feel double stronger than before so i am happy with that!!! we had a team of 13 who all did good some there for experience and others to win
the best part was seeing UK guy Paul Maiden who was very sick some time ago and come back and won the right arm a really great thing to see!!

Thoughts for next weekend

well as you all know i am off to Switzerland this Friday for Gladiators night, a big famous competition hosted by one of the worlds most incredible armwrestlers Switzerland's own Pascal Girade! i always wanted to go to Switzerland but never have so i am sooooo hyped for this i cant explain!
i just really need a break my life has been so crazy hectic the recent months and stressful at times i just want to go away with my dad like old times and have a break from my life here. hopefully when coming back i will feel a lot more refreshed and happier.
and of course it is a armwrestling competition my shape is ok, i am sooo over weight by about 8kg but i guess that will go when i find more motivation for diet food! i train hard in cardio and find it awesome but the diet is what kills me so i pull 65+ of course, weight cutting is not working at all! but hope this comp can give me some motivation if not please god send me some haha! and kill the man who invented chocolate and sugar all together and carbs!!! hahaha :)
i guess im happy a lot of things need/will change in the time to come
i have cancelled my trip to Europeans as me and Kevin do not want to spend so much money on a trip that has such bad organization and bad reports so we will book a small holiday just the two of us :)

This saturday i will be hosting a big armwrestling meeting/practise session for all armwrestlers of all levels in the UK (and out if you want to lol) to get together and have a big training session together, i and many other guys here will be looking at it as one last session before we all head off to switzerland championship and Armwars in Germany! the following weeks after!

Today i went on a very popular TV show in the UK ( This Morning) a breakfast time show that talks about everything happening in the world from news to food and fashion and fun! they asked me to come on as this guy in the picture (Matt Johnson) has set up a "Challenge Matt) on Fridays he has done hula hoop and pole dancing and today he had ME! and obviously armwrestling! hahaha it was on LIVE TV so i was sooooo nervous but all the guys there were fantastic and i had the best time ever!! truly the best! watch our video here!

weell me and kevin have just booked our hotel for the european championships in turkey 9-15th may! i am soo excited but now that means cutting weight!!! not fun at all!!! but i will do it :) i do not have much to do and i have 2 months so maybe a 65 jo poole! but i doubt it! hahaha we will see how it goes, we had some great training sessions the last 2 days and i forgot how it feels to do too much armwrestling a painful feeling but im loving it now! i got it back!!! :) will go in the gym this week everyday and focus on cardio and muscles not around the arms as i will go on TV friday morning for a veeery popular breakfast show where they tale about everything in the uk and world im sure every country has a show like this (this morning) on ITV in the morning time! well all i know that there is a guy on there looking for challenges from the public and what better than a female armwrestler! haha but i think we will not tell him im professional! hahaha
i also had another email from ANOTHER tv show, incredible! with peter andre!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i will SO were my TEAM KATIE shirt hahaha! i love her

The new year cup!

yesterday was the new year cup in England, was a great little torny! lots of fun, i didn't compete coz there was no other women! sucks! but Kevin did he was so great made me fall in love all over again! haha he got 2nd in 70kg but before the final he done a 20 man 90kg class!! and got 3rd! he was really dead for the end matches and final and was only beaten by GB Steven kirlew and Andy barker! and if you know armwrestling you know these are no jokes! he done fucking amazing such a proud girl!
i done a lot of table time with guys i don't see much from around the country and i felt Strong! so i am pretty happy will add some pictures on soon guys!! :)

This Weekend

I'm sorry i haven't written! because i haven't been doing much rest from the gym, we will travel to north England on Saturday morning for the New years cup! first competition of the year :) i doubt there will be any women there but hey ho i can hope!!! i really need some wrestling!!! I'm missing the amazing feeling it gives you!
but my heart is still set on Gladiator night! i seriously can not wait to be there!!! i have never been to Switzerland so it will be awesome!!
sooooo oh yes from today i have barbie blond hair hahah i have wanted it for ages but always been scared! but i have it almost all but I'm near enough there now! so woooop! new look :)

Feeling Good!

i really am feeling good at the moment, not great, but good! i been to the gym everyday this week except Wednesday because my man needed looking after haha he got some metal bit stuck in his eye and had to go to eye hospital so i come home to care for him haha :)
but today i set some records ran non stop for 42 minutes! that's really good for me at this moment as i have been away for a while and lazy so I'm happy! then on a bike for 20mins and swimming!was a nice one these 2 weeks i have just been focusing on bringing my cardio and fitness levels higher then next week i begin bringing back my routine which will be

Monday - Cardio, back, biceps and forearm, swimming plus a fitness class at the gym (boxing,dance,steps,legs bums and tums ECT)

Tuesday - Cardio, chest, triceps, wrist and swimming

Wednesday - Cardio, shoulders, lats armwrestling moves on cables and dumbbells and swimming

Thursday - Cardio swimming and fitness class at the gym ( boxing, dance ECT) and swimming

Friday - Cardio, (HELL DAY) haha Legs :( i hate legs with passion but it needs to be done! and abs and hands then swimming!

i really love it a big power shower after drink with my dad and i will also start TRYING to play racquetball and squash again but me and dad tried this before, he tried to teach me but, i don't know why but i just get so damn frustrated, he hits the ball at me like 10000 MPH!!! and i scream at him hahaha but i will try again it is amazing for fitness crazy hard tiring game!

but everything here is amazing! i am getting tommy back to training and slowly but surely I'm coming back! and happy! :)))))

A Good Day

Today has been a really good day for me, just like i would like every day to go, i went to work, almost late because of sleeping to much haha it always happens on a Monday after a long weekend break, but I'm fine now, i left work early and went to the gym, i met tom there my long term training partner, were both trying to get back into shape, both had long lazy breaks, so i gave him a pass to my gym, and it was so funny, first running, i ran straight with no breaks for 35 minutes at speed 8.5 tom ran for 20 mins with 3 walking breaks of about 5 minutes each hahaha i killed him, he was sweating and breathing deep and i was actually fine, i just stopped so i could train with him, then we done warm up i showed him a good warm up for arms, shoulders, chest and wrist he was almost dead after it and i felt good! even better that i killed him hahaha he of course blames it on having a long break and feeling weak, i obviously didn't have a rest too? hahaha
we done some more things after the warm up we done heavy weights we both done the same weights i done 16kg reps of 8, 3 sets i struggled but i will be fine when i get back, wrist curled 22kg i felt i could do more but didn't want to push it to much in the early stages, we then done cables and bars, then some push ups and of course tom struggled more than me! haha it was really good i pushed myself hard i think it was because he was there its nice to train with someone doing the same things! so thanks tommy!, we then went swimming and guess what he wanted to stop way before me i even done 4 more lengths before he got into the pool! hahaha sooo relaxing sauna, shower and home! i feel shaky arms like always when you train good, i love it, i just ate some cod(fish) in parsley sauce and sweetcorn, yummm! and will soon go to bed ready for another day with chicken cooking in the oven,smells great here!

The week so far!

wow... i finally have the feeling a beautiful feeling! i am truly happy at the moment!!!!
i joined in a beautiful fitness gym just up the road form my home, however i am still sad to leave my amazing sponsor gym and i will always promote this gym for what it does/done for me there amazing staff and a truly amazing gym if u wanna be strong!!! and living close i live with Kevin in our own home now and it is just to far for me to walk to and i don't want to depend on Kevin to take me!

so i got my new gym training again, well i am just using all the equipment this 2 weeks learning the gym and its weights and the people finding my body's limits and strengths and weaknesses, i had a long break so i lost a lot of power and stamina in some case i am starting all over again!
but i am totally fine with it, i love my sport it is not a chore i will enjoy to train and competing will be the cherry on top!
so the last weeks i have been doing my first driving lessons which have been mega good! bit scary as i don't like it but i am getting better now!!! i enjoy it haha
and obviously join the gym met some new people i trained cardio arms abs legs and went swimming in the amazing pool in the sauna and steam room and done water aerobics! i love it haha

i have been working a lot everyday of course and dieting very strictly 5 small meals a day hungry as hell but that is the only diet i found that works for me! sooo not the best body haha
but i have nothing at all to complain about, last night i booked my tickets to Gladiator night in Switzerland, i am sooo excited i always wanted to go to this amazing country and i am so so happy! 8-11th April! i may even ask pascal Girade to do my next tattoo as it is his job! wooohoooo

Hi Hi Hi!
it has been a long time i know! haha but just a small update with a lot of good things actually! i have quit smoking!! i have not had a ciggerette for 1 whole week now!! woohoooo go me!! i feel happy and i know i got the power to quit becuase i have a huge motoviation to get back to the gym i can not wait until next week!!!! :) so excited!!!
oh and christmas and new year were great! it will be my 19th birthday in 20 days damn the years are going faster and faster, for now competitions look like the next one will be the new year cup in england\preston beggining of febuary and later in febuary will we maybe go to golden arm in sweden as it is a monster competition but i dont know if im ready for that at we will see closer to the time! then the european championships in turkey!!!! awesome in May it will be mega hot!!! then my favourite competition of allll!! rochefort!! in belgium, love it!!
well im sure many things will pop in and out if here i sent my laptop of for repair last week so pray to god it comes back soon i hate kevins computer i need mine back!!! then i will update better with pictures and more better info!!

im so sorry i havent wrote in ages but i havent had internet now i do! and my laptop broke so alll my pictures from the past are there so when i save them....somehow, i will update with pictures and everything but to update sweden was amazing i got 2nd!!!!! which i really did not think as i suck right now hahaha but aaah it was damn fun a nice break kevin was awesome as always and won his supermatch! since we have been travelling around training with some english clubs and really enjoying life!
EXCITED FOR CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! only 24 days!! you know me! i love it every time!! my tree is up in my lovely little house im such a happy girl, the new year brings me! a membership to a gym i think if i pay i am more likely to go! and the closest gym to me is a fitness gym with pool and everything, my gym i am sponsored by is amazing but i can not get there after work when it is dark and this gym is just around the corner so me and kevin will be going hard soon!!! but first fat christmas! then back to shape hahaha!

Sweden Trip 2010

The trip to sweden this weekend was amazing! a really lovley little break from crappy old england! haha even though i went there representing england its better to not be there!, but first i must say that i never ever in my life flew from london and come out of a plane into a colder country sweden is fucking frezzing!!! haha it was really cold and england had a really hot weekend but!!! oh well it was great! me and kevin arrived quiet late to stockholme svensta airport then traveeled to roine eklands home town of flen where the competition was held was a nice turn out a lot of countries like, sweden, latvia, slovakia, germany, england and more but i cant remeber ;) the compettion ran well too i got second in right which was the best result for me of the day sweden really has the best women in the world so if i loose to them i am really fine my training sucks so it was really just for fun and experience and i got that!
kevin had a supermatch with a 6 times swedish champion Urbun Carlsson and won 5-0 so was really nice!
we then had the after party which was fun! as always but i was dead tired so me and kevin left early and set out for stockholm city on sunday! we got the train into stockholm and explored not for long as we had to come home and to airport but we saw the main parts! and what a beautiful city! amazing weekend!
i loved it!

wooow i know i havent wote here in a long time! but as im sure you know iv been so busy me and kevin are here a settled in our lovely little home! i will add some pictures up soon but we will insall our WIFI next week sometime so i can use my laptop and not kevins german crap haha but our flat is so lovely and words cant describe how nice it is to walk around naked and have your own space hahaha :) we do have fun! we have a armwrestling table in our living room, what else do we need? haha so it is really nice!

yesterdaz (1.10.10) did me and kevin celebrate our first anniversary! can you belive we are together for a year already! it zoomed!! but i loved it, he is going to Germany tomorrow so im sad!! i will miss him soo much he is back in 3 days but thats too long for me!!! haha just have to make some nights with friends! and next weekend we go to sweden!!! will be awesome!

aaahhhh i can write better here when i have my laptop kevins iphone dont work with mine so i need to use his and all the keys are in different places and it is too werid! so i will show you everything soon!!

Boxing My Life Away To A New One

Today i have spent my whole evening boxing away my things ready for the new flat! hours and hours i have such a small room here at my family home and i can not believe how much stuff come out of my room, how is it possible for all them things to fit into my room but not fit into a room bigger! haha i have been putting it all into my back bar in my house so it is easy for me and Kevin to get it into the car and take It to our new home! by the way we signed the contracts today and paid it so it is 100% definite that were there on Saturday! i really cant believe it!! it is absolutely incredible feeling to know i have my own space everything is mine and i have the man of my every dream by my side the whole way, could never have imagined this 2 years ago! i never felt so in love and I'm so lucky to have such a perfect piece of god creation :) I Love YOU Kevin Berberich!
best thing is we will have a armwrestling table in our living room! now that's our home! haha
I'm really touched to leave my family but hopefully soon start my own :)
its so crazy in 2 weeks (October 1st) me and Kevin are together for 1 year! damn time fly's we fight so hard to get her and 1 week before our anniversary we have everything we ever dreamed of!!!

Ahh it was a crazy weekend!! Kevin come home form work and i said LETS GO TO GERMANY! and he is just as crazy as me and said yes! hahaha so we booked the ferry and off we went BUT first we went to look at a apartment and we fell in love!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and paid it!!!! hahaha me and Kevin will now have our own home on Saturday!! can you believe it!!!! LIKE OMMMMMGGGG!!!!! it is really happening! and i am soooo excited have been packing my whole room tonight aahhh crazy crazy! cant wait!!!

BUT the competition was probably the BEST ever since i am feeling bad! since Italy worlds it is my best one! left arm... was normal crap but I'm fine with that haha! right arm was awesome!!!!! i beat the swiss girl, then a big woman in my eyes Camilla kattsrom from Germany originally from Sweden she is a monster but i beat her so easily! i felt Strong! there was 8 girls in the class, i lost to Fia riesek of Sweden who is a fucking monster! she is amazing and totally killed me, then i made semi final and actually beat Cathrine Smooz of Switzerland but as always traditional Joanne i fouled out haha but normally i foul on elbow or quick start but this time was new! CONTACT FOUL! now i think i managed to lose on every foul possibly! it can only get better now? haha im happy! i was expecting to do much worse!

the best thing was that in my right arm after the competition i had NO pain!!! i do not remember the last time i pulled more after a comp on the practise table! unreal!!! my left has some bad problems but i don't give a fuck on the left arm ;)

I have took some holiday from work this week to have a little break and catch up on some things with life and Kevin, yesterday me and Kevin went to look at apartments they was nice! but today were looking at more and today we will see the one we both really want! so maybe i will have my own place with Kevin soon! exciting things!

last night i met up with some of my old school friends who i haven't really seen since 2 years so it was really nice, we went to lovely restaurant called Nandos only does chicken but in a million different ways so nice food!!! a athletes dream restaurant haha yummy yummy!:) then we went to drink some cocktails so didn't finish that healthy haha but hay its not everyday you see old friends so I'm fine!

Today we will look at the apartment as i said AND did i find out today that i will be the God-mother of my good friend Stacey she is 5 months pregnant and today she had her 5 month scan where she can find out the sex of the baby! the whole time before was she calling her belly "Ellie" and saying "she and her" when she spoke about it and today got the news that she is having a boy! haha she was shocked! but of course still over the moon with happiness! and so am i, i am honoured to be god-mother ( baby is Christened with parents and there is god parents where if anything ever happened to the real parents I.E - death, the god parent would then take the child as their own) so it is a really big responsibility but i would be there 100%! and i am soooooo happy! i will be more like the dad! haha :)

so lots of nice things me and Kevin might go to Germany this weekend for Over the top, we will see how we are feeling tomorrow if we want to drive that is :)

Best Armwrestling Day Of My Life!

I really cant tell you how great the filming day for the show was, it was the most amazing day ever!!!! some of it was really weird like i was standing outside going crazy with nervous and had no cigarettes and i said to Kevin ohh damn i need a fag!! and the woman there got on her microphone and said " can someone please go and get Joanne Poole some cigarettes" i loved that! haha never had someone running for me it was strange but nice! also a hair brush! haha really nice the studio began filling with people and damn i was nervous!!!

the show started and it is so funny they basically just laugh and make fun of all the sport things going on like tiger woods and all his girls and just funny things! then on the end the "fire point challenge" it was my time! i was shaking i had to stand behind the wall and then it turned around (rotators) to reveal me to the audience and the panel, they was going to make me a surprise and before the show during the safety make it like Kevin was the armwrestler and then on the show i am there when it turns around and surprise them! haha but we needed to check the guys and make sure it would work!

my first opponent was Jamie redknapp he is a professional football player for Liverpool and England so a big name and we said go and he was hitting and hitting and I'm holding smiling to the audience and the famous people and the audience is really laughing and cheering for me!aaah then i saw the wink from the guy who is the producer and i took him down, and got the most amazing applause, really words can not describe the feelings just amazing!

second i had to then armwrestle a person on the other team and it was Patrick Keilty a northern English actor/comedian honestly the most funny man in the world! i couldn't armwrestle him he was sing to me as he walk to the table, Robbie Williams, angels song but with rude words!! example = salvation = masturbation hahaha aaah i was dieing but it was great, we began armwrestling again i was holding he then put his leg on the top of the table and still didn't move and then he LAID on the table!!! HAHAHAHAHA i was crying with laughter! omg amazing i beat him though!

really so much more happened i just cant write it all on here would be too long, after the show we was invited to the after party were was had some drinks and talked to everyone, every woman was saying how proud they are of me and keep on killing men at the men sport! which is nice so i was so happy and on a big high! could not be any better

i met one of my most favourite people in the world! Joe calzaghe!!!! the best british boxer ever to come from Great Britain he has NEVER been beaten i remember waiting up till 3am just to watch him fight! the man is a absolute legend and i am the most happiest person to have finally met him!

Well nationals really did what i wanted it too! it kicked me up the ass!

my training this week is good i could not complain at all every day training so far cardio and then muscle parts

Monday - cardio, chest & triceps

Tuesday - cardio, back & biceps

Wednesday - cardio, forearms, wrist & hands side back pressure (armwrestling moves)

Thursday - cardio, shoulders,hips, traps

Friday - cardio, legs & abs

not bad! i feel like old woman soo much muscle ache and all from monday whenever i train chest and triceps it hurts bad for 2-3 days! but im happy with that pain is the weakness leaving the body right so i am totally fine with that!

i have been working until 5 and getting to the gym for around 6:30 then home for 9:15 late nights very tired but im ok really!

this Saturday i have my final shooting for the TV show " league of their own" I'm so nervous i don't wanna do anything wrong or look stupid in front of millions of people aaaah we will see I'm so damn excited but damn it nervous too! haha we will see then!

Good Morning - Bad news!

well those on face book might know haha i did loose at senior nationals this weekend and it has really killed me inside my confidence and motivation, really sucked i am probably the worst looser in the world i HATE it! but I'm over it, its done, i am planning now to train get back in shape i need to or armwrestling would be gone for me i have never lost in this country since i can remember and for that to happen sucks, ok, Elizabeth Horne is 80+kg she has the strongest hands in GB (Guinness world record)!!! and is at the top of worlds strongest hands so she is no push over but still i am armwrestling! and i will be back or gone forever and i don't like the sound of that so i will not give up and ill keep on going! focus on Sweden now and try my best to be in a good shape for that because that is going to be TOUGH Sweden has the BEST girls in the whole world in armwrestling so i really need to do something!

( im still british champion in juniors! :))

Nationals This Weekend!

kinda says it in the title right haha, yeaaah i have the British championships this weekend! i am excited to see everyone but i really don't think many woman are coming which sucks!!! i travel 250miles for what? i wanna fight i hope some turn up they all live there and I'm the only one to turn up! i really hope they get of their asses and show it a good event! its fucking nationals! we got such a small team which sucks too but I'm use to it by now! so wish me luck in case someone shows up! :)

The New life

Aaaahhh the fun of being with Kevin everyday saying good night and good morning without having a computer screen in the way is incredible. I'm totally loving it right now he is still so fucking perfect and i love him double as much as i did before he moved to England! it is so amazing! this weekend have been great even though we was both sick haha i caught a horrible bug from work and my poor baby got it too! haha sorrrry :)

anyway, this weekend we finally had the chance to go to London sightseeing he had never done it and it took almost a year of us being together and me living 20mins form the main London to go there ha ha! but we done it and it was beautiful and so lovely to be there with him, we went to madam Tussuad's, London aquarium, big Ben the queens palace, the London eye, walked through all the big and famous sights and just enjoyed each other was so perfect!

the only bad thing is that I'm enjoying to be with him so much my health diet and training is slipping away BIG TIME his too! so i NEED to get that motivation too!

this weekend i have the British championships!!! we will see if i can be the British champion 16 & 17th time if i win left and right hand! we will see! will be nice to see everyone and have Kevin there even though he cant pull himself but it will be nice!

so as you see my life is amazing will be better when I'm back on track but really nothing to complain about i hope all of you are good too! here some pics from London!

My Meeting Today

Today i met with the guys from the television show i will be doing "league of their own" which will air on sky sports in September! we drove into London today early got their in 25 minutes no traffic at all very strange for London! got there early so me and dad went for a yummy English breakfast! mmmmmm! then it began armwrestling was the first sport to demonstrate we had to make sure i could hold the guys long enough for the show to work and i did! :D the first guy for 50 seconds and the second for 45 seconds sounds like nothing time wise but trust me that is a damn long time to hold a man in armwrestling of course i still won! then a 19 stone (120kg) rugby player haha yeah i didn't win that neither did dad! he was incredible! but it was a great day we saw other sports that will feature on the show like rock climbing on a moving board and rodeo fun things it was great! i got the part anyway i think so i will face world class football player Gary Redknapp who played for the England football team and Freddy flintoff who is England world class cricketer amazing i cant wait hope it all goes well! so a great day here! hope your all doing good!!!!

My Weekend In Germany

My weekend was great! was nice to see some of Kevin's family again and meet some new ones we arrived late Friday and went home then straight to the hall where the after party of the wedding was and helped his sister decorate and things we wasn't there too long was hungry and tired and had a very long day ahead the next day.

sooo then the next day! was really unresting to see a wedding not like the ones I'm use to English ones of course there was many differences but to long to write here every place has its own traditions and so on, so it was a nice experience kinda funny to be the only one who don't understand a word of what is being said it is uncomfortable sometimes but you deal with it plus i was there for Kevin and he understood! haha so it was nice the wedding itself was beautiful his sister Chalin look absolutely incredible such a beautiful girl and on that day in the big dress and everything was amazing and all the family of course, so it was lovely and fun and interesting all in one!

the next day after a late sleep we went to the zoo!! haha how cute we was just planning to visit Frankfurt then saw the zoo and decided to go there! haha i love it, it was so funny we had a good laugh some nice memories :)

the rest was really just travelling here and there and shopping! even though we didn't buy anything in a who village just of shops! haha just nice and enjoying the time together :)

baby is now out working his first day in England! I'm so happy.

Update on life

life is gooood! Kevin is here! we got so many things going on right now LIKE! busy busy setting up Kevin's bank account and English details he needs to live and work in the UK is a fucker but it is all coming together slowly! :) have spent most of my lunch breaks in the bank with him haha long but worth it!

Monday i do start to kick myself back! training everyday with my man and armwrestling more he will bring me right back and i cant wait to finally have that boost so i have this last weekend to enjoy haha! next weekend we are going to Germany for Kevin's sisters wedding so it should be GREAT! looking forward to meeting all the other family and seeing a wedding which is different to a English one i have seen before.

AND we have booked our flight tickets to go to Sweden in October for Flens armfighting! i have never been to Sweden!!!!! so i am really happy about that i cant wait my favourite girls are all there so it will be mega! lets hope i am in a OK shape by then i hope so! i should be!!

so yeah! lots of things going on right now plus the TV show which will be awesome! the first meeting is in August! then September is the rehearsals and filming and so on so i am DEAD excited!

and i KILLED Kevin in bowling yesterday! classic finish i was loosing but then on my last go did i get a STRIKE! and kicked his ass of the top place HAHA was niiiiiice!

Belgium 2010

It was a great competition as always! not the same as before but maybe that's because i have now what i was always wanting in that place hahaha me and Kevin! it was lovely dad was there too and a friend of ours who will be BIG in armwrestling he is amazing!

we had a great time all though really tired, we woke at 1am ( i didn't sleep) drove 2 hours to English ferry port in Dover and then 1.5 hours across to Calais in France and then 3 hours to the town of Rochefort was looooong and to top it off that same day we was competing juniors and left hand all! it was crazy we was all so deadly tired and that's never a good way to start a competition, juniors was good pretty easy i won it both hands like the past 3 years so that was nice no challenges though, seniors i sucked left! something popped in my elbow during my second match and my opponent actually felt it and screamed when it happened! haha its ok i have always had elbow problems as you know, and iv been lazy not training so i deserved to loose so bad, i think the tiredness didn't help too much either i was half sleeping, struggling to keep my eyes open 1 hour before my matches started. Kevin won left hand too in 65kg he is my little star he was great undefeated and hot as always :D and my dad took 3rd in masters on left so we didn't do to bad!

right arm was a little better did i win against 6 time world champion Petra spats from Germany easy but you know me i got the foul as always but whatever i was stressed out but its my fault, i still don't believe it was a foul ;) but i will accept it...... for now! haha

i hope now this will kick me in the ass and make me get back, now i got Kevin i feel it will be more easy for me to train, eat healthy and have motivation, there is nothing more than impressing him :) and everything is going good with our married couple here haha :D

The Week Ahead!

This week will be exciting! Monday & Tuesday will be at work as normal from Wednesday! so on wednesday i will be meeting with the producer of the TV show i was talking about the condition is if i can beat him then i can do the show but if i loose then i can not, which i understand they NEED to make sure that i will win and the guys on the show will loose so i can understand that it is a business so we will just have to see how i am doing then!

Thursday! the day i have been waiting for, for the past almost 3 years! hehe my Kevin is FINALLY moving to England! he is mine all mine and i can see and have him near me when ever i want! i cant wait for that really it will be amazing! life can begin!

then which is really cute on Friday morning we will be going to the place where we actually meet for the first time! awwwwwwwwww :) our little memory town of Rochefort in Belgium! i met him in 2007 at this very competition so i think it will have loads of memories for us and it is a beautiful town! and again in 2008 when we was first kissing and being close and loving! from then we was going up and up! and now look at us! :) so it will be my first international this year! due to injury and work and not having much motivation i really hope that this will kick me in the ass because i am sure to loose here lucky to take a podium spot! and i have never lost here in junior anyway, so we will see! I'm fat and weak! HAHA but i know the party will be great and being with Kevin and just the best competition possible in armwrestling! cant wait!

aaahh you wont believe what we have to do now,just when everything was totally perfect and ready! Kevin has to go back to Germany for another month to work, because his contract didn't go as planned its driving me crazy! i had to cancel the flat/apartment that i loved so much! you really don't understand how i feel! like waiting 9 months is not long enough aahhh welllll! in 4 weeks he will come here for good, and I'm struggling to be excited it may sound evil but if you been through this you would understand, i don't want to keep getting my hopes up for them to come crashing down again, he went home today and will maybe come every weekend which is nice but i wanted it all now!

I know i haven't wrote! I'm sorry :P but iv been rushing round shopping and working and football! England are through! and the funny thing is we face Germany on Sunday! hahahahah me and Kevin will watch it together how funnny!!! i knew it would happen it had to! so that will be fun!

Becoming A House Wife! :)

Today i have been doing loads of shopping haha as you know on Monday my Kevin will be finally moving to England! and it will be the beginning of the life we both waited so long and hard for! and I'm so excited! mum did take me shopping today to buy some things, and i got loads of things i would never normally buy, you know, mummy things haha for the home like, tea towels and pots and pans cooking tools spatulas, TOILET CLEANER! :) loads spent way to much money but i have it for now and it is all needed and of course some clothes :P

it is so nice to think i will be having my own home and somewhere,where me and Kevin can be together with no one else not needed to ask just our own space! and i cant wait any more! I'm dying from excitement and ready to experience the life alone! i will miss mummy! haha

we will go to view a potential flat on Saturday! so i will know more then if I'm happy with it :D lets hope so!

training is still going good! this weekend has been hectic! like Friday football which we sucked BAD! and if we don't win the game on Wednesday against Slovenia then we are OUT of the WC sooo them rich paid boys better shape up and do something!!!! and Saturday me and dad made a show with some armwrestling friends at my town festival it was great i got challenged by girls and guys and small kids haha was really fun and i knew a lot of people of course as it is my town so it was nice i have a little ache but i feel fine!

& HAPPY FATHERS DAY DADDY! we just had a lovely meal and drink to celebrate fathers day :)

I'm still going strong! i have said NO to all bad foods and YES to training after a long day at work even when I'm so tired but when i walk threw the gym doors do i feel the energy and motive to train! today i done triceps and back and cardio i walked a lot legs where tired form the days before and all the walking so cardio was not as good in the gym but I'm not to fussed really i training good not too heavy as i don't want to put to much on myself due to not being back for so long, even if it is very frustrating for me to life almost half what i would normally do but hay that's a lot better than nothing at all! tomorrow i will train again cardio legs and forearms! then this week i done a little on each main muscle i like to train in preparation for next weeks real routine as it was before

Monday - Cardio, Chest, Triceps and forearms (toproller moves)

Tuesday - Cardio, Back, Biceps and forearms (hook moves)

Wednesday - Cardio, traps, shoulders, wrists

Thursday - Cardio, hips, bum, hands

Friday - Cardio, legs, abs, full forearms

weekend is normally resting but Sunday we usually armwrestle! and i will armwrestle during the week when i feel fit too!

This weekend will be fun! Friday England will play the second part of the world cup group stages against Algeria and i LOVE watching football! especially in my bar!!! LOVE it i can dress totally English too! haha so i will be there after work, Saturday me and dad were asked to take part in our town carnival/festival to demonstrate armwrestling so that should be a lot of fun too! and Sunday is Fathers Day in England! so i will take my dad for dinner for a nice steak! :) so it will be lovely!!

today has been a long but exciting, fulfilling day!!! have i been to work since 8am - 6pm! during that went swimming and after a 40min walk to the gym a great workout ( first time in 3 F*@king Months!!!!) and a 30min walk home!!!!!!!! i feel so exhausted but i really need to start my life again and get back to what i love doing TRAINING! and anyone who knows training and does it a lot will understand how hard it is to get back into it after a long break!

everyday i hated myself and my body and more the damn mirror MORE! i felt like the ugliest girl in the world some days and I'm sick of it i don't wanna feel like that! at work we have LOADS of yummy food but i said NO! haha and walked to the shop and bought a yummy salad and fruit bowl!! i enjoyed it! we also had some fresh fish cooked at work salmon! so i had some of that its fine! and drunk loads of water and after my workout of cardio, forearms, wrist, biceps and explosive hits with cables i had a 3 scoop protein shake for dinner!!! i wanna strip fat off so fast and be back where I was! strong again! and happy and not scared of the mirror!

but time will be ok i will do it sooner or later (hopefully sooner!) :) but I'm really satisfied wit my day nothing can get me down

now i sit here and relax talking to the love of my life and missing him to death!

but i look forward every time!

Perfect Weekend!

I had such a lovely weekend!!! words cant really describe it, i loved every second Kevin has a fucking nice life his family are perfect and were so nice to me! i miss them all loads and wish i was back there i didn't get any pics just 2 of me Kevin and his awesome sister which i will add when Kevin sends them to me from his phone. but really it was awesome we went out for meals and cocktails and to his towns festival met the family was so nice to finally meet them and his friends :) i was crying when i left his mum and step dad haha that's how great it was just perfect! and can you believe it is 2 weeks until Kevin and i will live together in England! damn life is really coming together and i could not image to be with a man any more perfect than what Kevin is he is truly my perfect angel who i love more than this English language has words love u baby

for the first time since me and Kevin have been together am i going to visit his home and family in Germany tomorrow! I'm so excited to see them all! it has been a long time coming and really i should gone ages ago but this was the time when everything was ok to do it! :D

today has been so long pretty much like all this week! today i worked had a parents meeting to talk about how their child is doing and so on and then a 2 hour staff meeting! then i had to come home check into my flight and pack my luggage! and pray to god i do not forget anything!

this weekend will be great!!!! i have no idea what we will do but just to be with him and be hugged buy him is enough XD my baby!

and Saturday is England's first game in the world cup against USA! so for sure me and Kevin WILL be watching that! :) GO ENGLAND!

sooo that's pretty much it! next week will i bring myself back i hope i really need to be back in shape i suck right now suck is a compliment to how i am feeling recently! but aaaah i will be ok!

Im Bad At Updating!

Yeeaah I'm sorry for not updating but i have been just with my lover :) well the week i was working all day and sad not to be in Russia damn it looked like a AMAZING event i have been watching it on the live broadcast since Tuesday! and it was amazing, sad to say i lost everything i ever had in Europe titles/medals this week sad isn't it :( but i will be ok i will go roasting sunbathing when we go to the euroarm in turkey next year ;) i love the sport but sometimes it is not possible like this time! well i had my baby anyway so it made me feel a lot more happier as he does every time :D i should not have seen him till next Friday when i go to finally meet his family and spend a weekend in Germany but he is so cute and booked a flight and come this weekend he spends so much money on me! :) good boy! :P

was nice my family had a close friend marriage on Saturday i was invited but someone had to run my Bar! so me and Kevin and a friend stayed there and worked for 12 hours it was really quiet as EVERYONE how drinks there was going to the wedding so for like 4 hours the whole day it was crazy busy with everyone from the wedding but it was fine! :)

Kevin went home at 5:30am this morning!! was a good price for the flight but a bad time! but i finally don't feel sad because I'm there in 4 days! so it will fly by, i just need to fly alone :( and i hope stupid BA ( British airways) are not striking! i cant be dealing with that!

My Weekend & Russia

This weekend i have been in the biggest holiday town in england called Devon, lucky for me my best friend lives there she moved there almost 3 years ago form all mylife being on the same street here she left me :( hehe but it is sooo nice and i totally understand why!!! she has such a beautiful life now everything is sea and beautiful green hills and beach and aaahhh i love it!

this weekend has also been a holiday weekend on Monday for England woohooo so we left Friday i finished work early and 5 hour drive!!! but it was worth it so nice to see them me and my best mate " Mischa" went driving she showed me the beaches and the clubs and so on was a nice night!, then Saturday we all went to the town done some shopping and drinking and watching championship speed boat race! and in the evening we went to the local pub till 3am! meet some holiday makers from north England ( same town as Craig sanders worse accent in England!!!!) haha we had such a laugh with them! Sunday we was deciding to stay another night and early went to watch England play football may i say it was the worst game i ever see and totally embarrassed considering the world cup approach!!! they won 2-1 against Japan and japan scored all 3 goals!!! haha what a joke! but whatever we spent all Sunday evening driving to all different beaches watching fishing haha was sooo lovely to relax and sit by the sea! i was in love with this town! some pictures!

a sad thing right now! the European championships in Russia are now taking place :( and I'm not there! I'm saaad i really love the Europeans more than worlds! there so great but i actually do not think it will be so big! but that's not the point, reason i didn't go is because i forgot my visa times and i don't really have the holiday to take from work and wasn't working in the time i needed to book the flight it all went to fast! and to be honest i have things that i need to sort in my life now like Kevin moving over i will go and visit him in 2 weeks and work and blllaa so i wish team GB a huge best of luck form me i think we have only 3 people going but that's better than nothing so good luck Neil Pickup, Andy Barker and Craig Sanders!

Amazing Weekend!!!

this weekend has been so perfect just how i wish every one to be!!! my angel has been here with me since Thursday and the weather in England has been UNBELIEVABLE!!! Friday was 26 degrees Saturday 28 and Sunday 29!!!!! it has been amazing on Saturday me, Kevin my brother and his girl went to the best beach in England and was there all day! was so beautiful to relax have no worries and just be there with my perfect man :) but now we are both burnt to HELL! haha we try to hug each other and cry in pain haha silly people don't wear sun protection and that's whats happens! :)

And today (Sunday) we have been in my back garden with loads of friends and family hard to sit in the sun because were all so burnt from the sun yesterday but it is worth it my skin is a awesome colour ( or will be haha) no spot or anythings just smooth how i like it! we was in my pool we have a fun 12 foot pool in the garden and had a BBQ it was just lovely!!!

i took Kevin back a few hours ago of course I am sad but excited as it is the last time i will ever say good bye to him at heathrow!!!!!!!!next time he comes here it Will be forever!!! :D I'm so excited! i will go and FINALLY visit my other family in Germany in 3 weeks I'm so excited its been a long time waiting but we do it now i ant wait!!!!!!!! must be a perfect family to make such a perfect man :))))) awesome!!!

Fun With Work

Today with work we took the children to Bird world! haha i am petrified of birds but it was soomuch fun to see how excited they was! we got there after a hours drive! and it was a beautiful day too! so we was lucky for that, really hot, there was all different types of birds from all around the world and flamingos and parrots and a farm with chickens and horses and cows all these things it was great! haha and i wasn't so scared! i got some pics of BIRDS! how interesting for you hahaha :)

Today i saw my little cousin i haven't seen him in about 3 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! aaaaa omggg it is so crazy now he is talking and walking and doing everything and he has his own little looks and faceHAHA u know what i mean not a baby face it is crazy! and he is so cute! we must stay in contact more as things between us are a lot easier now and it is more possible moto: stay in touch with important people even when things are tough!

Training & Dads Birthday!

Today me and dad met with a man called adrius he is originally from Lithuania but lives in London now and he contacted us to organize some training on the table and we was the closest team to him! so it was great he use to wrestle about 5 years ago in Lithuania in junior division now he is 23 and strong as a brick wall!!!!!!! was incredible power my dad could not beat him until about a hour of killing him down! haha it was fun! and i loved training i just need to get back into real training and get some of my power back that i have lost! I WILL SOON!

OOh and dads birthday last Wednesday Me, dad, my brother, his girl and 2 friends went to a Indian restaurant which my dads friend owns and it was nice a lot of laughs as always and yummy food and drink! :) not much to say I'm sure you all know how these little family birthday dinners work! haha more pics!

Today is my dads birthday! he is 47 today! damn getting old! he he he! Not Feeling Myself

the past 2 weeks i have had the worse feelings ever such tiredness and sickness and ...other things haha really bad! since Kevin come on the last weekend i was bad then it got better during the week and now again it is so bad! i had a eye infection because i was so ill! and it went to my eye so bad! but that is clean now i went to the doctors, i told the doctor about me being sick and that it was not normal as it was only in the mornings i was puking! so i have to do a urine test and I'm sure you can imagine what for but i don't think so, just bad sickness and worse gross things i feel so empty i can eat or drink or walk! because i feel qweezy and sick and it is jut bad! they said it is quiet normal when you first start working with children to pick up EVER sickness going and I'm sure doing it, i would be working now if the doctor did not tell me i MUST stay at home and it sucks i don't get paid to sit here and do nothing! just luck i have the toilet close haha :P

well i will sit here so bored wanting to be at work with my great children having fun! but NO i sit here bored alone and in pain!

I DONE IT!

:)))) am i happy with myself today for breaking this annoying laziness i have had inside me for AGES this morning i woke up at 5am got ready and by 20 past was i outside running! ALSO i was really sick this morning early hours like 2am haha i don't know why just really ill i think because i ate so much crap last night hahah the word " diet tomorrow" does crazy things haha but i was ill then sick and then felt fine! so i took my mum with me too as she is dieting and doing a great job with weight watchers in 2 months she lost 21 lbs in 2 months!! she has done great without exercise but she want me to help her and we had a great time i felt great it was hard because i haven't done it in so long but that will change in no time

but i am really happy and satisfied that i got it started now just need to keep it going!!

i am eating my apple now hmmm golden Delicious :P and will go and have a shower to go to work aaaa the day has started good! :)

Me and Kevin had a great time this week i took him back to the airport about 5 hours ago of course really sad but we was actually really excited! the first time we have ever smiled at each other at the airport going home :) reason being!: he will be living in England in 1 and half months! WOW haha amazing right! our life will begin we spent Saturday night searching for apartments for us and cars and just nice things! i am so excited to start my life with him because he is a truly amazing man and I'm feel like the luckiest girl ever! plus we will have a great lifestyle he will make me eat healthy haha and we will train hard together everyday armwrestling a lot and enjoying the time together! my life is going to be amazing and i know he is the reason for it!

my next competition will be Belgium in July and i feel like i am in a really bad shape at the moment i really need to get back on a strict healthy diet good protein and good supplements and hard training so from tomorrow i focus for Belgium normally i will fight in the weight i am on the day but i really need some pressure and goals to do it good so i make it bigger than it is as i work much better under pressure form myself, so hopefully form tomorrow i will wake at 5am and get my ass out on the streets running and get my mum there too as she wants to get in shape! then go to work! have fun with my lovely children there and come home and go gym!!!!

i hope it all works how i want it running in the mornings always give me such energy for the day

TIP: when running/cardio training drink some sugar free caffeine directly before! not too much so your sick when training but enough for you to feel it, reason being it will open fat cells in your body and you will burn up too 50% more calories when running! :)

yesterday was a big day in the UK we was all voting for a new government! as the country is not happy with the current ruling of UK i am very found of the liberal Democrats but it looks it is not going that way instead people are voting for a stupid group who want to take away all our health care and make us pay for it! and that's crap! why do they want to take that! i don't understand some people the ones i like would be perfect less tax more money for people who do REAL jobs like teaching and soldiers not kicking a damn football around for 90 minutes and getting millions! this country is getting a bit crazy! well we will know the result soon! it is tight with this stupid group and the current government Hmmmmmmm who voted?

Work & Coming Back!

so now i am confident and sure about my work i am finally stress free and understand everything and have all my times right when i need to leave come home bla bla, so NOW i can hopefully get my training back on track i come home form 9 hours work and i still have a lot of energy mainly because my kids are so amazing and keep me happy and alert! from tomorrow i hope anyway i will go back to armwrestling and Kevin will be there so it will be great!, we have been together all weekend so far and i have been so sick! he has looked after me so good!

i was awake all night being sick and coughing and aaaaaaa the worst illness i ever had but apparently in the first few weeks of working with children this is totally normal and i should expect more but after my body can become immune to these common bugs and fight them better so i will be strong inside! now time to make the outside of me stronger too! hehe

Kevin is at the gym with my brother now I'm home from work haha it feels like a normal family its really a beautiful feeling and i cant wait for him to come home! :)

life is pretty damn great!

this week has been mega tiring! starting my new job is amazing but it really takes every bit of my energy constantly watching and playing and caring for the children 9 hours a day plus travelling its a long day and not to mention i am ILL! i feel sooo rough it is crazy but it is normal when working with small children who pick up every flu symptom going! but i am alive and tomorrow Kevin is here! for 10 days yes i will be working but it will be amazing to come home and see my angel there for me i cant wait i always seem to get sick when he comes maybe all the time being sick of missing him XD but tomorrow my life is great! and i cant wait to go to bed after a long day and feel those amazing arms around me!

Children Are Amazing!

Ahhhhh today has been just...WOW i have started my new job first day today and i am in love with it! and it is a perfect feeling i woke up at 6 am and come home for 7pm! a long day but it FLEW by! like it was 10 mins i had lots of fun playing with babies! i was working in the room with 1-2 year old babies so amazing and rewarding making them smile! we done photography for the parents to see their little angels having fun! we played and feed them and they all sleep and when they cried they come and cuddled me haha so cute and i made them feel better and when i hug them and they stopped crying and smiled at me ahh i can not describe how amazing it was! aahhh i love my job!

well! here it is, i have been given the biggest chance that i have always wanted to work with children and tomorrow it begins! I'm so excited to start learning all the ways! and yet of course nervous as usual on a first day to anything new in life, but i will do how i think correct and learn hard from it and most of all enjoy it! because there is nothing in the world more fun that children being happy! its really a great feeling and such a rewarding job! i cant wait to get started!
